Online payment is intended for members use only.

The amount paid through the online payment method will be deducted from the debit / credit card / Net Banking.

The credit/debit card information supplied at the time of making payment is processed by the payment gateway of the service provider and is not supplied to Khar Gymkhana. It is the sole responsibility of the members to ensure that the information entered in the relevant fields are correct. It is recommended that the members take and retain a copy of the transaction for record keeping purposes, which might assist in resolution of any disputes, if any.

The members agree, understand and confirm that the personal data including without limitation details relating to debit card/ credit card/net banking transmitted over the Internet may be susceptible to misuse, hacking, theft and/ or fraud and that Khar Gymkhana or the Payment Service Provider(s) have no control over such matters. The service is provided using a payment gateway service provider through a secure website. However, neither the payment gateway service provider nor Khar Gymkhana gives any assurance, that the information so provided online by the members is secured or may be read or intercepted by a third party. Khar Gymkhana does not accept or assume any liability in the event of such unauthorized interception, hacking or other unauthorized access to information provided by the members. Khar Gymkhana and/or the Payment Service Providers shall not be liable for any inaccuracy, error or delay in, or omission of (a) any data, information or message, or (b) the transmission or delivery of any such data, information or message; or (c) any loss or damage arising from or occasioned by any such inaccuracy, error, delay or omission, non-performance or interruption in any such data, information or message. Under no circumstances shall Khar Gymkhana and/or the Payment Service Providers, its employees, directors, and its third party agents, be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever, including punitive or exemplary arising out of or in any way connected with the provision of or any inadequacy or deficiency in the provision of the Services or resulting from unauthorized access or alteration of transmissions of data or arising from suspension or termination of the Service. The members agree that Khar Gymkhana or any of its employees will not be held liable for any loss or damages arising from the use of, or reliance upon the information contained on the Website, or any failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions where such failure is due to circumstance beyond Khar Gymkhana's reasonable control.

All payments in excess of Rs. 5,000 (Rupees Five thousand Only) per transaction shall be subject to additional factor authentication as mandated by the Reserve Bank of India.

The members must notify any billing problems or discrepancies immediately on the receipt of invoice otherwise the members waive his/her/their right to dispute such problems or discrepancies.

Online payment transaction may take up to 24 Hours to reflect in Khar Gymkhana ERP system.

Khar Gymkhana will not be responsible if online transaction fails due to network /internet issue.

By using Clublekka Member WebApp you agree to be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and Password.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Khar Gymkhana and its subsidiaries, affiliates, related companies, employees, officers, directors, agents, telecommunications providers, and content providers from all claims, demands, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your breach of this Agreement, your violation of the rights of any third parties using the services provided by Khar Gymkhana or the Site, or your violation of any federal, state, local or other applicable laws, rules, or regulations using the service provided by Khar Gymkhana or the Site.

The information contained and transmitted through the Website is proprietary to Khar Gymkhana and is intended solely for the members of Khar Gymkhana and may contain information that is privileged, confidential or exempt from Disclosure under applicable law.

Access to this website and/or attachments by anyone else is unauthorized. If you are not a member of the Khar Gymkhana, an agent of a Member or a person responsible for delivering the information to the member of the Khar Gymkhana, you are notified that any use, distribution, transmission, printing, copying or dissemination of this information in any way or in any manner is strictly prohibited.
